Raisins Trail Bars
Required Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup oats
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup almonds
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flaked coconut
- ¼ cup raisins
Take butter in a mixing bowl and beat well. Add ½ cup brown sugar and beat till it turns fluffy. Add oats, flours and wheat germ and stir well. Take a 9 inch square baking pan and pour the mixture in it. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs with ¼ cup brown sugar. Add almonds, coconut and raisins and spread it evenly over the baked layer. Bake for another 20 minutes. Cut out the bars while hot.
