Chicken Thighs with Onion and Marjoram
Required Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon marjoram leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ onion finely sliced
- 2 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
Season the chicken with salt to taste and set aside. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Place chicken with skin side down in the pan and cook covered for 5 minutes. Turn the chicken and add onions. Cook for 10 minutes whit constant stirring over medium heat. Add marjoram and cook until the onions get soft and internal juices of chicken get dry. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
