Cheesy Herb Pizza Recipe

Ingredients required:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound beef sausages
  • 3 cups baking mix
  • 2/3 cups water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese


Cook beef and sausages on low heat until they turn a nice brown color. Make soft dough with baking mix and water in a bowl.  Take a 15 into 10 into 1 inches baking pan and spread the dough in it. Combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, onion, pepper, thyme, parsley, celery, salt and pepper in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Spread meat mixture over sauce and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle with the cheeses. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove the foil and bake for further 5 minutes to turn the pizza top brown.

Parsley
