Thai Herbal Noodles
Required Ingredients:
- 8 ounces wheat noodles
- 4 tablespoons oil
- ¼ cup raw peanuts
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ cup basil leaves
- ½ cup fresh chives
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 1 cup coriander
- 1 cup bean sprouts
Boil the noodles for 8 minutes. Mix minced garlic cloves, soy sauce and lime juice and set aside. Scramble and cook egg in a wok pan. Add oil and noodles followed by the mixture of garlic, soy sauce and lime juice. Stir fry for a minute. Add one teaspoon of salt. Toss with chopped basil leaves, chives, spring onions, coriander and bean sprouts. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
