Manicure & Pedicure: Easy way to do at home

What is Manicure & Pedicure? The word manicure is derived from the Latin word manus means “hand” and similarly pedicure = pedis means “of the foot”, and cura means “care”. A manicure is a superficial cosmetic beauty treatment for the fingernails and hand similarly pedicure is service to tonailes and feet.
Manicure & Pedicure at home:
Required materials:
• Cotton balls
• A soft towel
• Emery board or nail filer and clipper
• Cuticle cream and cuticle stick
• lemon, Shampoo, glycerin and Rose water
• Sugar and lemon
• Moisturizing hand lotion
• Nail polish remover
• Base coat and top coat
• Nail polish
• A big Bowl
• Warm water
Method:
1. Remove your old nail polish by cotton ball with nail polish remover, from nail to the tip. After this, wash your hands with soap and dry with a soft towel.
2. Use the nail filer to shape your nails. Trim first if needed. Then shape them by moving the filer in one direction only. Start at one edge and move to the top smoothly-do not saw back and forth.
3. Fill a big bowl with warm water. Add a few drops lemon juice and glycerin and one table spoon of shampoo and few drop of rose water to it. Soak your hands into that water for 10 minutes to soften the cuticles (outer layer of living tissue). Dry your hands with soft towel.
4. Rub a cuticle cream softly on all fingers. Use a cuticle stick or a wooden stick, to gently push back the cuticles. Again wash your hands in clean warm water and pat dry.
5. Make a paste with sugar and lemon and massage it for 10 minutes with both hands. After that wash with regular water then dry your hand with towel.
6. Apply a moisturizing hand lotion and massage your hands till the cream is completely absorbed.
7. Take a cotton ball with nail polish remover and remove the cream from your nails, before you start to apply nail polish.
8. Before applying the nail color, start with a base coat, Apply to all nails and let it dry for a few minutes.
9. Choose a color of your choice. Apply the nail polish in smooth strokes, moving from the base of the nail to the tip. Keep a paper towel and cotton ball dipped in remover handy, to fix any mistakes.
10. After a gap of ten minutes, apply a second coat on top.
