Green Tea: How to Make at Home?
Drinking green tea gives many health benefits to us. However, making green tea at home is little different than making black tea. Red and follow the following method to make your best green tea.

Ingredients:
1.      Loose green tea leaves (1 g),
2.      Water (120 mL)
3.      Honey (optional)
4.      Lemon juice (optional)
5.      Mint leaves (optional)

Method:
Boil the water into a pan or in a kettle after that remove the pan from the stove and wait for 5 - 7 minutes (lets temperature of water reaches around 80 degree Celsius). This water is hot enough to pour on green tea leaves. Pour small amount of this hot water (around 20 mL) onto green tea leaves in a jug. Shake the green tea (less than 30 seconds) and discard the hot water. This is washing of green tea. Now you can pour remaining hot water (around 100 mL) onto the green tea leaves and brew for 1 minutes or 3 minutes maximum because more you brew its taste ant flavor will become changes bitter. After that you can filter it and transfer into your tea cup and now the green tea is ready to drink it.

You can save the remaining green tea and it can be used for second or third time too, depending upon the quality of green tea leaves.

You can add honey or Lemon juice (or both) in your green tea to have an extra flavor. You can also add mint leaves to brew with green tea.

Precaution: Do not add green tea leaves into boiling water; otherwise it organic content will become damage and tea flavor become bitter or we can say tea will burn. Also water should be hot enough otherwise green tea organic contents will not come into water.

Green tea can be drink hot or chilled
